Employee Relations
Structure the process.
Keep the judgement human.
APS can organise disciplinary, grievance, capability and investigation work, surface procedural gaps and preserve evidence. It does not decide guilt, credibility, sanction or dismissal.
Minimum access.
Maximum procedural clarity.
Line-management status alone does not unlock a sensitive case. Access follows explicit case roles, People authority and employee notification.
Appeal review
Original outcome has been communicated. A different human reviewer is assigned to the appeal; APS carries the evidence and dates without inheriting GB procedure.
Support before sanction
APS can schedule reviews, record support offered and flag missing process steps. It cannot infer effort, attitude or capability from emotion, voice or personality signals.
A formal outcome needs
proof of human judgement.
The system records enough to prove who decided, what process was completed and whether legal gates were met—without exposing the sensitive rationale to broad browser access.

APS never scores these
AI can summarise authorised evidence and identify missing procedure. It cannot recommend “warning”, “dismissal”, “uphold” or any other formal ER outcome.
Dismissal requires more than a button.
A dismissal outcome can only be recorded as an explicit human decision by People/owner authority after the required procedural controls, evidence, approved legal review and named human authority are present.

Before APS handles real ER cases, the production workflows must be independently reviewed by a currently practising qualified UK employment-law specialist, alongside senior HR-practice, DPIA/data-protection and security review. APS does not market itself as a law firm or automatically provide legal advice.
